"Made our office party venue booking easy"
I used High Ape to find and book a venue for our office party, it made the whole process much easier. From my experience, the best part was that they stayed in touch and followed up whenever needed, so I didn’t have to keep making calls myself. The venue details were shared clearly, and on the actual day there wasn’t any major confusion. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d be happy to use them again

I paid on highape.com and it was mostly smooth. After I hit checkout, the page kind of sat there loading for a bit, probably not that long, but long enough that I noticed the little spinner and started wondering if I should refresh or not. I didn’t touch anything, and the confirmation showed up shortly after. So yeah, payment went through fine overall, just a slightly slow moment right at the end...

"Good Updates and Easy Communication"
I had a good experience with High Ape Overall. The main thing I liked was that they actually kept me updated, so I didn't have to keep following up or wondering what was going on.
The messages were Clear enough, and replies came in a reasonable time. Nothing felt confusing, and I always had a decent idea of what was happening with my booking.
The whole process was simple, and the communication made it feel a lot easier. I’d use them Again if I needed to.

"Way easier than other event apps I’ve tried"
I used HighApe on my phone to look for an event nearby, and it was smoother than I expected. Compared to a few other apps I’ve used where I end up tapping around forever, this one loaded quickly and the booking process was really simple. I didn’t feel confused at any point, which is kind of rare for me with these apps. Overall, easy and hassle-free

I found the prices to be a bit lower than I expected, and the discount code went through without any hassle, which was nice.

The site was easy to use overall. Nothing really stood out as a problem, though I did take an extra minute to double-check everything before ordering just to be safe.

In the end, I was happy with the deal and saved a little compared to other places. I’d probably check High Ape again next time before buying.

I ended up having to cancel because the timing just didn’t work out on my end, which was a bit annoying. Thankfully, the refund came back way quicker than I expected, so that part was super easy.

I had to wait way too long outside just to get in, and it felt like nobody had any idea what they were doing. The whole entry check-in process was poorly handled, and they really need to take responsibility for wasting people’s time.

"Decent ticket availability, but updates could be faster"
I used HighApe to check for event tickets, most of the options were still available, which was a relief. A few of the popular ones were already gone though, which was kind of annoying because I don’t really like waiting around or guessing. Booking was straightforward, so no complaints there. Overall, it was good, but I really wish the availability updates were quicker.

I had a smooth time using Highape.com. For me, it was easy to browse around and find what I was looking for without feeling lost. The pages loaded fine on my end, and the checkout process was clear enough. My only small gripe is that a few sections felt a little crowded when I was using it on my phone. "Solid event overall"
I had a good time at the event. The crowd was decent, the setup was fine, and the whole place had a nice vibe without feeling overdone. Getting in took a little longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. The music was enjoyable and overall it felt worth the price. I’d probably book again.
